Znuny is a continuation of the (OTRS) Community Edition. Znuny is used in a variety of ways. Some of the most popular are: Customer Service, Human Relations, IT Service Management, Facility Management, Association Management

The main aim of this project is to provide a maintained and stable version of the well known ticket system and improve it with new features.

This is free and open source software.
