Qisutu – open source ticket system

Qisutu is a self-hosted ticket system designed for handling customer requests and support workflows. It provides separate agent and customer portals together with email processing, automation, reporting, a knowledge base, configuration management database, and REST API.

The software is based on Perl/CGI, MariaDB or MySQL, and Template Toolkit. It can be installed as an independent instance, with its installer configuring the required web server integration, system services, database, and initial administrator account.

This is free and open source software.
