Openastro.org is an open source fully featured astrology application developed on Ubuntu. It includes a Python program to display natal charts, online astrology wiki and discussions on esoteric astrology.
The software produces beautiful charts. It is easy to use with an intuitive interface.
The software needs pyswisseph/python3-swisseph, a Python extension to AstroDienst Swiss Ephemeris library. Other dependencies are: python-gtk2, python-dateutil, python-gnome2-desktop (>= 2.16), python-cairo (>= 1.2.0), librsvg2-bin (for rsvg-convert binary), imagemagick, and openastro.org-data.
