No, Asteria doesn’t appear to support different zodiac/ayanamsa modes such as Lahiri. It looks like it uses the tropical zodiac only.
Asteria uses Swiss Ephemeris, which can support Lahiri, but Asteria’s current release doesn’t enable that support.
