Kerykeion is a Python library for astrological calculations and chart generation. It provides developers with the tools needed to incorporate astrology into applications, automate calculations and generate detailed astrological data.
The library accepts birth details or a specified date, time and location to calculate celestial positions and other astrological information. It separates calculations from chart rendering, allowing the resulting data to be processed independently of any graphical output.
Kerykeion is primarily a programming library rather than a conventional desktop application. An optional command-line interface provides access to its calculations directly from a Linux terminal.
This is free and open source software.
