PdfPig is a .NET library for reading text and other content from PDF documents. It provides access to low-level PDF structures while also offering higher-level tools for extracting words, analysing document layouts and determining reading order.
The library also supports basic PDF creation, including text, lines, rectangles and embedded fonts. It can work with encrypted documents and provides access to images, annotations, bookmarks, forms, hyperlinks, metadata and embedded files.
This is free and open source software.
