FlowInquiry is a flexible project and request management platform, FlowInquiry helps teams track and resolve tickets efficiently. Customizable workflows, enforceable SLAs, and Kanban boards ensure structured yet adaptable task execution.

It aims to ensure transparency, prioritization, and efficient tracking.

FlowInquiry can be used as an on-call system where teams monitor and resolve tickets, or as a tool to manage internal and external requests across teams with a company, complete with custom SLAs for each workflow. It can also be used as a CRM.

This is free and open source software.
