Schedule – kanban-style planner

Schedule, also known as ThisWeekInMyLife, is a kanban-style planner designed to help organise tasks and activities across a series of customisable columns.

Although its original concept centres on planning a week, the columns are not restricted to individual days. You can add, remove, rename and reorder them to create a workflow suited to your own approach. Tasks are represented by cards which can be moved between columns using drag and drop.

Cards can contain additional details which can be expanded or collapsed, helping keep the main board uncluttered while retaining useful information. Newly created cards can be opened immediately for editing.

Schedule uses GTK 4 and libadwaita, giving it an interface that integrates well with contemporary GNOME desktops. The application supports keyboard, mouse and touch input, and remembers its data locally.

This is free and open source software.
