macchina – system information fetcher

macchina lets you view system information, like your kernel version, uptime, memory usage, processor load and much more.

macchina is basic by default and extensible by design. It uses libmacchina, a library designed to use unsafe code in the form of calls to system libraries that haven’t been natively implemented in Rust.

This is free and open source software.

Key Features

  • Theming system – each theme is its own engine. Themes provide an interface that allows for the modification of macchina’s visual components. Themes are TOML files.
  • Variety of ASCII art.
