Fussel is a photo gallery generator for people who want to publish folders of images as a polished web gallery.
It turns a directory structure into browsable albums and sub-albums, provides a modern viewer for photos in the browser, and is designed for self-hosted use with either Docker or a local installation workflow.
This is free and open source software.
Key Features
- Generates a completely static gallery site, so the finished output can be hosted without server-side code.
- Displays EXIF information for photos, including camera details, shot settings, lens data, and GPS coordinates when available.
- Creates people galleries from XMP face tags and can show face tag overlays in the photo viewer.
- Supports zooming and panning in the viewer for closer inspection of images.
