Zenphoto is a content management system designed for publishing photographs and other multimedia content on self-hosted websites. It combines photo gallery management with website publishing tools, making it suitable for photographers, artists, designers and other creative professionals.
The software supports image collections alongside video and audio content. Albums can be organised into categories, while metadata, tags and search facilities help visitors browse the available media. Automatic image resizing, thumbnails and watermarks simplify publishing photographs online.
Zenphoto can also manage conventional website content through its Zenpage extension. This provides news articles, blog-style publishing and custom pages, allowing a complete website to be built around its galleries.
