Key Rack is a GNOME utility for inspecting and managing secrets saved by applications. These can include passwords, access tokens and other sensitive values held in the desktop’s credential-storage services. Rather than maintaining its own independent password database, Key Rack works with existing keyrings and the secrets used by applications.
Users can examine stored records, correct outdated information or create new entries. The program is also useful for identifying which applications have saved credentials and for managing several keyrings from a single interface. Its focus is desktop secrets administration, not replacing a full-featured password manager with browser autofill and cloud vault synchronization.
This is free and open source software.
