AuthPass is a password manager built around the open KeePass database format.
It reads and writes KDBX 3.x and 4.x password databases, allowing vaults to be shared with other KeePass-compatible applications. Existing databases can be opened using a master password or key file, while new databases can be created directly in AuthPass.
Vaults can be stored locally or accessed through several cloud storage services. AuthPass also includes password generation, TOTP support and search facilities for working with larger password collections.
This is free and open source software.
