EasySSH is a graphical SSH connection manager designed to make frequently used remote systems easier to organise and access. Rather than repeatedly entering host information on the command line, users can create persistent connection definitions and arrange them into groups.
The interface is deliberately straightforward and is built around opening terminal sessions from saved hosts. Multiple instances of the same connection can be opened when several shells on one machine are required. EasySSH also works with the user’s OpenSSH configuration rather than forcing all SSH information into an unrelated format.
The project is currently looking for additional maintainers, although its basic approach remains useful for users who want a relatively uncomplicated graphical frontend rather than a large server administration platform.
