FacilMap is a privacy-friendly online map built around OpenStreetMap and related services.
It is designed to cover more ground than a basic map viewer while keeping the interface approachable in a normal web browser. The application works on desktop and mobile devices and can be installed as a progressive web app, which makes it practical for trip planning and field use without a separate native client. FacilMap has been developed as a long-running hobby project and combines a public map interface with tooling for people who want to organise their own geographic information. Its open architecture also gives developers an API for integrating mapping functionality into other applications.
