hipergate is an open source web based application suite.
This is a complete Java CRM and groupware suite. It includes a wide set of functionality including customer service, email marketing, content management, bug tracker, groupware, webmail, forums, calendar, file sharing, sales automation, intranet, project manager and more.
It is a 100% pure Java, server-based application. Consequently, the only additional software needed is a web browser.
The goal of this software is to meet a diverse range of the technical requirements of any organisations. This suite is multi-company capable, and can be used in a single company, or in a corporate group.
CRM features include:
- Accounts, Suppliers, Competitors and Partners.
- Personal and group contacts.
- Multiple addresses per contact.
- Local offices management and separate storage for each one.
