dz6 is a terminal-based hex editor inspired by Vim and designed for fast, keyboard-driven work with binary files.
It fits workflows such as reverse engineering, malware analysis, forensics and low-level programming, where moving quickly between offsets and inspecting raw data matters more than a graphical interface. The program keeps interaction compact and predictable, with commands that will feel familiar to Vim users without trying to reproduce Vim in full.
