Crossroads is a PHP static site generator designed around Markdown content and configurable static publishing. Content is stored separately from generated output, with YAML metadata used to describe posts and other content types.
Rendering is handled with Latte templates. The build pipeline creates the individual pages and supporting site structures, while a plugin system provides hooks for modifying entries or the full content collection.
This is free and open source software.
