With the exception of the N100 and Ryzen 5 5600H machines, all the systems are running dual-channel memory.
The Beelink EQi 304 delivers the strongest memory performance here, reaching around 33.3–33.7 GB/s and comfortably outperforming every other system. Its LPDDR5 implementation is clearly effective, although the N100 shows that DDR5 alone is not enough. Like the N100, the Ryzen 5 5600H is similarly constrained by single-channel RAM, so its low result should not be taken as representative of the machine’s full potential.


$ phoronix-test-suite benchmark tinymembench
This benchmark also tests the system memory performance. memcpy() copies a block of memory from one location to another. memset() fills a block of memory with a specified byte value.
Tinymembench again shows the Beelink EQi 304’s strong memory subsystem. It leads the memset test at 49.4 GB/s, around 8% ahead of the Core i5-12400, while its 21.7 GB/s memcpy result is second only to the Ryzen 5 6600H and just 3% behind. The single-channel N100 and Ryzen 5 5600H systems remain heavily constrained, particularly in memcpy performance.

It’s impressive how close the EQi 304 gets to the much more expensive Core Ultra machines in single-core performance. For everyday desktop work, that lone P-core appears to punch well above the system’s weight.
