Treedome is a note taking desktop application.
Everything that you type in a note is designed to be stored in your hard disk securely.
This is free and open source software which is in a fairly early stage of development. It seeks inspiration from CherryTree.
Key Features

- Encryption of notes using XChaCha20-Poly1305 as the stream cipher is always enabled.
- Edit notes with a rich WYSIWYG text editor.
- Full text searching.
- Embed pictures inside notes.
- Tree like note organization.
- No logins.
- Saving and loading notes are done per note basis, not the whole file. This reduces saving and loading time.
- Cross-platform support – runs under Linux, macOS, and Windows.
