Summary
Reco offers a really simple interface that doesn’t hide any functionality away. It’s just a tool to capture audio, nothing else. And it has the essential functionality needed for a simple recording tool.
The software has a zero learning curve, it seems stable in operation, and doesn’t consume colossal globs of system resources like some software.
It’s a shame that installing it on some distributions is time-consuming.
