Hyde is a static website generator.
Hyde desires to fulfill the lofty goal of removing the pain points involved in creating and maintaining static websites.
This is free and open source software. It is not currently maintained.

- Extensible plugin architecture with text preprocessing and HTML postprocessing support for complex content transformations.
- Instant preview using built-in web server that regenerates content if needed.
- Command-line supports sub-commands:
- create – Initializes a new site at a given path
- gen – Generates the website to a configured deploy folder
- serve – Starts a local http server that regenerates based on the requested file
- publish – Publishes the generated site based on configuration.
