SeaDAS Toolbox – NASA ocean colour data processing tools

SeaDAS Toolbox contains the core NASA SeaDAS science-processing integration and tools used with the Sea, Earth and Atmosphere Data Analysis System.

It extends the SNAP platform with interfaces to NASA Ocean Biology Processing Group software and adds functionality aimed at ocean-colour and other Earth-observation data. The toolbox brings science processing, bathymetry, water masks, contour generation, image animation and Earthdata-related tools into the SeaDAS desktop environment.

This is free and open source software.
