qutebrowser is a keyboard-focused browser with a minimal GUI.
It was inspired by other browsers/addons like dwb and Vimperator/Pentadactyl.
This is free and open source software.
Key Features
- Command mode and an insert mode (like vi(m).
- Many actions and key bindings are similar to dwb.
- Uses Qt and QtWebEngine by default. QtWebEngine is based on Google’s Chromium.
- Using the configuration file custom functionality can be added, including custom key bindings, per-site settings, and arbitrary Python code that can interact with your browser or your system.
