QManga – manga viewer and indexer

QManga is a Qt-based manga and book reader built for large local collections. It combines a multithreaded viewer with bookshelf indexing, allowing a library to be catalogued and searched rather than treated as a collection of unrelated files.

Its database layer can use MySQL for larger collections or SQLite for a simpler local setup. Beyond manga archives, QManga handles several document and ebook formats, making it useful for mixed libraries containing scans, conventional ebooks, PDFs, and office documents.

Recent development has also broadened its handling of encrypted material, including protected archives and PDFs.

This is free and open source software.
