MyMan – text-mode videogame inspired by Namco’s Pac-Man

MyMan is an open source text-mode videogame inspired by Namco’s Pac-Man.

It is an unofficial and unlicensed clone of the original Pac-Man and Puckman games and of their sequels and imitators, and is not endorsed by Namco Bandai Games Inc., owners of the Pac-Man and Puckman registered trademarks and copyrights.

It produces plain-text and HTML screenshots which may give a reasonable approximation of how it will look in a text terminal.

Features include:

  • Different sizes.
  • “raw” backend – uses no external libraries.
  • Various backends including AA-Lib, Allegro, LibGGO/LibGII, Twin.
  • Variants available.
