Maarch – document and correspondence management system

Maarch is a family of document and information management applications designed for organisations handling substantial volumes of correspondence and business records. Its Maarch Courrier application provides a central environment for receiving, processing, tracking and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Maarch Courrier is particularly suited to public administrations, local authorities and organisations with structured document handling procedures. It follows correspondence throughout its lifecycle, from initial registration and classification to processing, validation, signature, dispatch and archiving.

The software combines document management with configurable business workflows and detailed tracking facilities. It helps organisations establish consistent procedures for handling correspondence while maintaining records of actions taken by users.

The Maarch product family also includes Maarch RM, a separate application dedicated to electronic records management and long-term digital preservation.
