chsrc – change source

chsrc is a command-line utility to change source everywhere for every software.

It aims to support as many operating systems as possible, including Linux, Windows (native, MSYS2, Cygwin), macOS, BSD, and Android, and as many CPU architectures as possible, including Loongson, Phytium, and RISC-V.

This is free and open source software.

Commands:

• help, h prints this help, or -h, –help
• issue, i views related issues
• list, ls, l lists available mirrors and repositories
• list mirror|target lists supported mirrors/repositories
• list os|lang|ware lists supported operating systems/programming languages/software
• list views available repositories and supported features for a target
• measure, m, cesu measures the speed of all repositories for a target
• get, g views the current repositories used for a target
• set, s switches to a different repositories, automatically testing the speed and selecting the fastest one
• set first switches to a different repositories, using the one with the highest speed from the maintenance team
• set switches to a specific mirror (check with list )
• set switches to a different repositories, using a user-defined repositories URL
• reset Reset to use the upstream default repositories.

Options:

• -dry Dry Run: Simulates the repositories process; the command will only print and not run.
• -local: Repository change for this project only, not globally (check support with ls ).
• -ipv6: Use IPv6 speed measurement.
• -en (glish): Use English output.
• -no-color: No color output.
