WaypointHR is an Open Source human resource database, providing organisations worldwide with a free, stable, immediate and flexible Human Resource Management System (HRIS) in which to electronically store staff data and personnel records, doing away with the need for paper-based records.

WaypointHR streamlines the process of storing essential personnel records such as employee contact details, job description and salary in an easy and efficient way.

The database engine runs on MySQL, the world’s most popular open source database. The database schema has been designed to be upgradable, extensible and flexible.

WaypointHR can store unlimited employee records and have an unlimited number of users.
