Kubus is a graphical Kubernetes client for managing multiple clusters from a desktop computer. It uses existing kubeconfig credentials to connect to clusters, providing a unified interface for inspecting resources, monitoring workloads and performing administrative operations.
The application is designed to reduce reliance on individual kubectl commands. Administrators can browse resources across several clusters simultaneously, investigate problems and carry out common management tasks without repeatedly switching contexts.
Kubus keeps its management interface local rather than requiring a dashboard deployed inside the cluster. It combines resource browsing with troubleshooting facilities, including log inspection, interactive terminals and performance monitoring.
The application is particularly useful for developers and administrators who regularly move between development, staging and production Kubernetes environments.
This is free and open source software.
