Klipper – clipboard on steroids

Klipper is a clipboard manager. It stores a history of the clipboard contents and can automatically perform actions when certain items are selected, such as launching a web browser when a URL is selected.

Klipper is the clipboard manager for the KDE interface.

This package is part of the KDE base workspace module.

    • Save clipboard contents on exit.
    • Prevent empty clipboard.
    • Ignore images.
    • Ignore selection – prevents Klipper from including the contents of the selection in its clipboard history and from performing actions on the contents of the selection.
    • Text selection only.
    • Synchronize contents of the clipboard and the selection – set the clipboard mode.
    • Timeout for Action pop-ups.
    • Clipboard history size – set the number of items that are stored in the clipboard history.
