RipOff is a GTK+ based CD Ripper for Linux that has a simple interface, CDDB lookups, and a plugin-based encoder architecture.
Due to US patent laws, RipOff binaries cannot be legally distributed with MP3 support.
This software is released under an open source license.
Features include:
- WAV output plugin.
- LAME-based MP3 encoding plugin.
- FLAC support.
- Connecting to the CDDB through a HTTP proxy.
