OpenKM – Enterprise Content Management Software

OpenKM is an open source document management system that provides a web interface for managing arbitrary files. The software allows easy management of documents, users, roles, and finding documents and records.

The OpenKM architecture is based on the JBoss Application Server, GWT (Google Web Toolkit – Ajax), Lucene, Apache Jackrabbit, and Java J2EE.

It can be used by large companies as well as by the small ones, as a useful tool in processing knowledge management, providing a more flexible and cost effective alternative to other proprietary applications.
