Keep **AWOL**

Keep is an automatic backup program that allows users to set the parameters of the backup, including the frequency and the number of backups. It is designed to be a simple backup system for KDE. Keep is no longer maintained.

Making a backup is pretty straightforward: you select a directory to backup, you select the directory in which you want to backup it, you set up some options (eg. frequency) and it’s done! Of course you can add later some other directories.

A built-in daemon automatically performs the backups when they are needed.

It uses rdiff-backup as its backend.
