Happstack is a powerful web framework with a rich API. Happstack lives a very simple and easy to use web framework.

There’s also happstack-lite, which provides everything you need to implement a web application without relying on template Haskell, external preprocessors, or complex types. It is possible to seamlessly transition into from happstack-lite into the full happstack ecosystem.
