Find Duplicates

FSearch – inspired by Everything Search Engine

FSearch is a fast file search open source utility for GNU/Linux operating systems, inspired by Everything Search Engine, a desktop search utility for Windows that can rapidly find files and folders by name on an NTFS volume.

FSearch is written in C and based on GTK+3. It is targeted at advanced users.

FSearch during the first run performs indexing of files and directories, the search is performed in real time, search queries are processed and displayed immediately as you type letters and characters. The search results appear in a sortable by multiple parameters list, found the file or directory can be opened (in application “default” or in the file Manager), you can copy the path of file or directory to the clipboard.

While this tool is in an early stage of development, the utility works well.
