continuwuity is a Matrix homeserver written in Rust. It is the official community continuation of conduwuit, maintained by a group of Matrix users, developers and administrators who wanted to preserve and extend the project after conduwuit was archived.
The project targets people who want a relatively lightweight homeserver with a strong emphasis on practical administration, Matrix compatibility and long-term community maintenance. It supports federation with other Matrix homeservers and is designed to work with standard Matrix clients and application services. Existing conduwuit installations can migrate directly, while databases from Conduit, Synapse, Dendrite and several other implementations are not currently compatible.
This is free and open source software.
