ytcc is a command-line tool for following playlists and keeping track of unwatched content. It maintains a local database of subscriptions and discovered media, separating the process of checking for new items from playing or downloading them.
It works with playlists supported by yt-dlp and can also follow podcast RSS feeds. Commands can be combined through shell pipelines, while an interactive interface provides a menu-driven alternative.
