Stuffkeeper is a generic cataloguing program. It is not focused on a particular type and can hold any type of data. Stuffkeeper tries to provide a single program with one view that can show any type of data, combined with an attractive and intuitive interface.
To manage all these items, tags, filter and search can be used to filter these items to get a more relevant list.
With this software users catalogue their collection by way of user-defined types. This way the list only contains the values users consider are important. Stuffkeeper comes with some predefined types for the most common types of collections including audio CDs, DVDs and books.
Stuffkeeper can handle several types at once. Just create some types you need and when you add entries to your database, you can tell Stuffkeeper which group it belongs to.
Apart from types, Stuffkeeper knows about tags. Every item you add to your list can be associated with as many tags as you want. Of course in the manner of Stuffkeeper’s flexibility users decide which tags you need.
