OpenDJ is a Java-based directory server designed to store identity information and make it available to applications through standard directory protocols and web-oriented interfaces.
It originated from the OpenDS project and is maintained by the Open Identity Platform community. The server is suitable for identity management, authentication and access-control infrastructure where replication, extensibility and programmatic access to directory data are required.
