MathMod – Visualise Mathematical Surfaces in 3D

MathMod is an interactive mathematical modelling and visualisation application for creating three-dimensional surfaces from mathematical equations. It supports implicit and parametric representations, allowing users to investigate geometric structures and explore how changes to equations affect their appearance.

The application provides a graphical environment for working with mathematical models, including complex surfaces and objects constructed from multiple components. A collection of example models offers a starting point for experimentation, while its scripting system gives users control over mathematical expressions, colours, textures and animation parameters.

MathMod is suitable for mathematical exploration, education, scientific visualisation and generating geometric models for further use in 3D applications.

This is free and open source software.
