ManageMeals Web is the browser-based frontend for ManageMeals, a recipe management platform designed to make collecting and cooking recipes straightforward. It offers an uncluttered alternative to conventional recipe websites, concentrating on ingredients, instructions and other information that matters when preparing food.
Users can import recipes from supported websites, organise their collection and find dishes through a searchable interface. The application also provides meal planning and shopping lists, allowing recipes to become part of a practical weekly cooking routine.
The interface adapts to different screen sizes, making it useful on a desktop computer as well as a tablet or phone in the kitchen. Recipes can be viewed without advertising and unnecessary page furniture.
ManageMeals Web is built with SvelteKit. It communicates with the separate ManageMeals API backend, which must also be deployed for a self-hosted installation. The backend handles the services required by the frontend.
This is free and open source software.
