Norish is a self-hosted recipe management application designed for households that want to organise cooking, meal planning and grocery shopping collaboratively.
The software provides a shared recipe collection where household members can import recipes, plan meals and coordinate shopping. Changes are synchronised in real time, allowing different users to work with the same information without manually refreshing the interface.
Norish adopts a mobile-first design, making it suitable for use while shopping or preparing food. A dedicated cooking mode presents instructions one step at a time, while the meal planner allows recipes to be assigned to a shared household calendar.
Recipes can be imported from websites and other sources. Optional AI integrations extend importing to photographs, video and unstructured text, while also providing nutritional information and ingredient analysis.
The application also offers offline access to selected information, with changes synchronised when connectivity returns.
