go-critic is an extensible static analysis tool for Go which concentrates on checks not necessarily provided by other linters.
Its checkers cover suspicious code, performance problems and stylistic improvements. Checks are grouped using tags, allowing projects to select broad categories as well as individual diagnostics.
The software can also run dynamically defined ruleguard checks without requiring go-critic itself to be rebuilt.
This is free and open source software.
