footty – command-line tool for querying football.db

footty is a command-line tool for querying football.db, an open football database covering national and international football leagues and cups.

It lets users check fixtures and results from the terminal, including today’s matches, tomorrow’s matches, yesterday’s results, upcoming fixtures, and past matches. The tool supports league codes for major competitions and also includes World Cup and European Championship data, making it useful for following tournament schedules without using a web browser.

This is free and open source software.
