Entangle is a graphical application for tethered photography. It connects to supported digital cameras through libgphoto2 and lets the photographer control capture from the computer rather than repeatedly reaching for the camera body.
The application centres on a shooting-session workflow. Captured photographs can be transferred automatically to the computer and displayed immediately, while cameras that expose sufficient remote-control facilities can provide live view and access to their configurable settings. Camera support and the range of controls available depend on what libgphoto2 can expose for the particular model.
