appImageHelper is software for creating, deleting, controlling and organizing shortcuts to AppImage.

It uses Qt, cross-platform software for creating graphical user interfaces.

This is free and open source software.

Key Features

  • Your AppImage is never deleted, you delete it from the program’s database.
  • Your Icon file is never deleted, you delete it from the program’s database.
  • *.desktop files and symbolic links are deleted immediately.
  • The paths to the appropriate locations to have the *.desktop files in are created by your operating system.
  • Color coding of shortcuts:
    • Green: The file exists and is executable.
    • Yellow: The file exists.
    • Red: The file does not exist.
