SafeBucket is a self-hosted file sharing platform designed for on-premises deployment.
Its architecture separates the application from file traffic: uploads and downloads use presigned URLs so data can move directly between clients and the configured storage backend without passing through the application server. SafeBucket also provides authentication, access controls, public sharing, auditing and administrative monitoring around that storage layer.
This is free and open source software.
