Roq is a static site generator built around Quarkus, the Java framework for developing cloud-native applications. It provides a publishing environment for creating blogs, documentation sites and other websites whose content can be generated in advance rather than rendered on every request.
Roq separates content, presentation and build processing while retaining access to the Quarkus development environment. This approach is attractive to Java developers who want to use familiar technologies for website creation without building a publishing system from scratch. The generated HTML and accompanying assets can be deployed to conventional static web hosting.
This is free and open source software.
