OpenNebula is a cloud infrastructure management platform for building private, public, hybrid and edge clouds. It provides centralised control of virtual machines, storage, networking and physical infrastructure.
The platform is designed for organisations seeking an alternative to proprietary cloud management systems. It can operate across multiple clusters and locations, allowing administrators to consolidate infrastructure resources while providing users with self-service access to computing capacity.
OpenNebula combines virtualisation management with orchestration, monitoring and automation. Its Sunstone interface provides graphical administration, while command-line tools and APIs support integration with external management systems.
